Once we got stuck in the lift and not one staff member was around to help us. When we used the emergency phone to call for help, they didn't know who to contact either.

Finally a random customer heard us yelling and sounding the alarm, so she was the one to help us out of the lift. When the manager finally came around to see what was going on, she had nothing to say.

After that experience, we always had to have one person walk up the stairs and one use the lift for heavy things.

Never again.

We were with Store It before they were recently taken over by National Storage.

The units now have pin numbers for entry which is easier and saves having to being the swipe card.

The units are large and clean and there are many pallet trucks to move your items to your unit.

The units have great security and are well priced and good value.

The only downsides are that the unit allows music bands to play at night so it can be noisy as well as parking at a premium
