Reception staff are good and so are the doctors, although I always try to stick with the same doctor

A couple of the doctors are rather rude, not very knowledgeable and seem quite bored in their role, and don't seem to keep up with latest medical developments. . I witnessed one doctor shame a patient out in front of the whole waiting room about being 5 minutes late, when that doctor frequently keeps people waiting for 30 mins. A couple do seem to genuinely care and know their stuff though, and the reception staff are always helpful and kind.
