      My husband and I stayed here in 2009, the staff were wonderful, the amenities and room were exceptional and the location was perfect.
      I would have NO hesitation in recommending this establishment. My husband and I usually stay in 5 star accommodation and in our opinion the James Chancellor Wellington was equal to some of the 5 star establishments we have stayed in.
      We were to stay here again in October 2013, but due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel our trip to NZ.

      I organised a dinner for our basketball team and parents when staying in Wellington. The staff are excellent as they gave us a group discount and our whole group thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the food was excellent. Really nice atmosphere.

      Great location in the middle of the town-close to amenities and shops. Didn’t have an outside view. Hotel was very clean and services were good.
