Very poor service. If we have any query than we call them for help but they are not giving a proper response. I called them and a lady received a call but not friendly. I felt like she dont like her job. She said everything written on form. Is it a way to talk to your customer??? This is a first time I have experienced this kind of customer service.

The High Commission of India are so excellent and really take the time to help their clients find the best possible experience in NZ from India. They wish to make all guests and visitors feel welcome and are really great at hosting strangers. I love engaging with them.
