      They have a very nice facility in a central city location. Nice small ring and heaps of space for bags and foot work drills. Wooden flooring mostly though! So not good for any falls, trips etc! Coaching is good and again massive space. Used by lots of other martial arts clubs as well.

      Really great facility... nice big open space and a ring at the back. Heaps of bags and as mentioned tons of space which is great. The coaches are really helpful and focus on the fundamentals. Awesome stuff.
