The most useless company I've ever done business with ever. My parcel hasn't arrived after a week, the parcel is plants so they are more than likely dead now. I tried to call 13 times with no answer and no reply to emails. Never use this service, truly hopeless.

Not the most efficient delivery service but my packages have arrived on time lately.

Poor. Ordered a courier on a Thursday morning for city CBD collection. Had to call them on Friday as not collected. They assured me it would be collected. Package not collected on Friday. Had to phone them again on Monday. All apologies, no solutions.

Not a Courier service. More like Slow-way than Fastway. Took a week for package to arrive
