      Beyond terrible, both in quality of service and in communication. Fastway courier has only showed up 11 (!) days after I made the order. Not a single word of explanation/apology for the delay. Wasn’t even able to contact them, as nobody answered the phone during the delay period.

      Poor. Ordered a courier on a Thursday morning for city CBD collection. Had to call them on Friday as not collected. They assured me it would be collected. Package not collected on Friday. Had to phone them again on Monday. All apologies, no solutions.
