Very bad service, really disappointed.my parcel arrived in wellington on the 7th of Sept and as of today the 14 of Sept it still hasn't got delivered to me.
Have tried to contact them but nobody ever picks up the phone.
will not use fast way again.

Took days to get my package which was supposed to b overnight. Track and trace tool was useless as package didnt get scanned an updated, status was always waiting to b picked up which caused a headache for me an company item was purchased from. Sadly the got a lot of undue customer abuse when fault laid with courier company

I'm a fan of these guys. Pretty fast (like the name says) and reliable. Staff deal with any issues with ease and sympathy unlike some of the other courier companies around.

The slowest courier service in Wellington. The parcel sitting with the courier 4 days already

Beyond terrible, both in quality of service and in communication. Fastway courier has only showed up 11 (!) days after I made the order. Not a single word of explanation/apology for the delay. Wasn’t even able to contact them, as nobody answered the phone during the delay period.
