My husband dragged me in here to get a game for our sons birthday - i was surprised the receive such great customer service from the young man there. He was funny and helpful especially to a novice like me.

This shop is perfect for my oldest son. He likes to come and browse the games and accessories when he has money and I have seen that they sometimes will price match with other physical stores. Their prices are reasonable but are even better during their many sales which is when I tend to shop here.

Good stock and the staff generally have a good level of knowledge on the games/items

Excellent customer service. Salesman advised me at the counter that the PS4 game I was buying was part of a store deal that was currently running. I was asked if I knew that if I spent another $10 I could pick another 2 more games as part of the deal. I was very happy he took the time to tell me. Great experience: great prices plus great service.
