Easily my favorite Indian restaurant in Wellington. I've been eating here for a very long time (my friends and I had lunch at the Cuba Street restaurant every thursday for nearly 5 years) and it's consistently good. Nice food, attentive staff, reasonable prices, and a handy location for people in Johnsonville. Highlights for me are the Chicken Jalfrezi, Chicken Tikka Massala, Masala Poppadom, and onion bhaji - but honestly I've yet to find a clunker on their menu. Highly recommended.

Great flavor, excellent option for takeaways. Restaurant is very dated and the fish tank is gross. Hands down the best Indian food in New Zealand, and the owner and staff are stellar.

They have a great banquet food option which is always a hit, heaps of delicious food. Only issue I had was the long wait times for your food.
