Great location good parking at the door staff were helpful and gym was clean and tidy the price was reasonable to train as a visitor would come here again

Gym is good, and is in a convenient location but it is always very busy and can be challenging to find equipment

My go-to gym. Great location in the middle of town. Used to work across the road from it which was a great motivator. Staff are awesome and the range of classes was great. The schedule times was better for professionals though so I missed most of it. But great range of equipment and gear.

Very small, however sufficent when oeak times are avoided. Staff are always friendly and is great that it is mow 24/7. Free wifi too

Good gym and good instructors. Lots of space. Good safety procedures.
