Castle Parcels

We used this company through work but they took to long with deliveries and we often had problems when following up with the staff at the depot. Would suggest using another company.

Great for over sized items.

We've found Castle Parcels ideal for those large and oversized items. We regularly order large bags of grain and seed from Auckland and many couriers will not deliver due to the weight.

Castle usually pickup the same day and deliver within 48 hours to your door with no issues.

Friendly staff, easy booking system and fast delivery as well as a low cost!

I do not recommend this company! The courier driver seem to think it’s fine to forge your signature!

Absolutely horrendous service.
I paid for 2 day deliver. After 5 days the parcel still hadn't showed up so I decided to contact them. I was told that my parcel would be with me the following morning. The next morning I checked the online tracker and my parcel was indeed with the courier. It was loaded onto his van at 6:40am. By 4:30 that afternoon my parcel still hadn't arrived so I called them up once more. I was told that the operator (after 15 minutes on hold) had spoken to the driver and that my parcel will be with me shortly after 5. It is now 6:00pm and I'm still waiting, having spent all day at home to receive my parcel.
I strongly discourage anyone from using this terrible and frustrating service.

They have had my parcel since 23rd March it's now 8th May and still not delivered.
Apparently they've tried three times but our office was "closed" absolute rubbish we are all in working.
