      I cannot recommend Car Tech Island Bay enough. I have used them for well over five years after they were recommended to me. I have always had great service with quality, reliable repairs and services at a fair price. Phil and his crew are all friendly, helpful professionals who go well beyond the minimum. As an older retiree on a limited income, I have found Phil to be straight up in his advice, as well as understanding and flexible in meeting my needs for a safe, roadworthy vehicle.
