I had the worst experience in my life.
I came to replace 4 tyres and when I came back, I discovered that someone broke things in my car, my belongings were all over the place and that my stereo plug was cut. I was so shocked and when I spoke to the manger about it, he was patronizing and arrogant.. I couldn't believe that such an unprofessional place exist.
I wanted to support a local business but next time I will definetely go to a place with better reputation like Tony's. Please consider a bit more your customer and their belongings.

Great service - no overselling and claiming you need to buy lots of extras (like Tony's Tyre Services). Explained benefits of tyres v cost suitable for my car, and didn't push expensive ones just for the sake of it. Quick job too. You're treated as not just a number like at chain tyre stores.
