Brooklyn Medical Centre

The reception staff at this medical centre can be really rude. They apply charges for services without telling you, and then get grumpy when you say this is not ok. I was charged $32 for some administrative services which were entirely optional, yet I wasn't given the information that there would be any cost, nor what the alternative options were. The staff were really rude on the phone when I tried to discuss it with them. This kind of event has happened on more than one occasion in my short experience of this practice. I would stay away from this practice.

The staff are always really helpful and always fit in my children at short notice when they are sick. The doctors are great,very experienced and I have always been pleased with the service I have had at this medical centre.
