      The delicate flavours and textures of the parmesan, fennel and crispy kale added some variety to the lentil bolognese. Their pumpkin risotto was an interesting spin on the usually heavy cheesy risottos, simple flavours that worked well! Coffee strong and good acidity.

      Great cafe in Island Bay, numerous variety of excellent pies including vegetarian and awesome kiwi cakes (think lamingtons, donuts, etc). Afterwards visit The White Room Gallery across the road for NZ gifts.
