First of all, it's impossible to get through to anyone when you have an existing order, but when you select the sales department, then suddenly staff from the store answer the phone.

The staff at this location managed to jot down the incorrect information for our order, lost the order, then delivered something that was not what we wanted. This went on for WEEKS.

The staff seem to be trained to always tell us the store manager is "on the phone", and we can no longer trust anyone's word when they say "someone will call you right back" or "we will call you back in 5 minutes" -those two statements usually mean no one will call back and that we will have to chase them up ourselves.

Worst customer service ever.
