      Flag Review

      Really strong and competitive system of development for young athletes. Offers overseas experiences, and training camps with specialised coaches. They could work to increase funding for less fortunate athletes, to provide more opportunity for their growth. (Not restricting their progress due to a lack of monetary support.)
