      I was a satisfied customer until Covid 19. Then the bank moved swiftly to protect their own interests. removing balance transfer facilities overnight, and very minimal help of interest only with home loans. Inflexible, autocratic, and not living up to the government promise of support from banks at all.

      BNZ in Lower Hutt is AMAZING! They talk to you in line so that they can get you to the right person fast and efficient. We moved our home loan to these guys and they were able to get us a great rate and found us a good lawyer. I am so impressed with them.
