      I was a satisfied customer until Covid 19. Then the bank moved swiftly to protect their own interests. removing balance transfer facilities overnight, and very minimal help of interest only with home loans. Inflexible, autocratic, and not living up to the government promise of support from banks at all.

      Staff are really friendly. They have atms so you can make deposits out side of banking hours.

      Spacious branch right in the centre of the city. Very friendly staff and easier to get to than the one on the other side of Lambton. Always prompt service whenever I go there.
