ASB Bank Limited

This is my local bank and they have very friendly and efficient service. Never too much of a line and nice comfortable warm welcoming bank.

When I was trying to get a eftpos card they were very rude to me and would not do it for me. Though they are fine for just depositing money. I only recommend them for doing simple tasks like depositing money.

This branch offers great services, staff know what they are doing. But customer service let’s this store down. It is also a shame this they no longer offer fast deposit service. If possible try and find another branch.

This bank has excellent customer service. Staff are very helpful. Though, sometimes, it's not easy to set an appointment with them.

Asb seem to have better service than revious banks I have been with which is great!
