Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Recently visited to sort out a problem with a direct debit hat the other party agreed to cancel but did not stop taking payment.
After being greeted and confirming my details the customer service agent went through things and saw the problem. She then called the other party and after this was able to cancel the payment in just a few minutes.
A brilliant experience and professional service!

I have found the staff here to be very helpful, but there are sometimes long queues at the counter.

I visit this branch of this bank every now and again and I have to say they have never let me down - they have always served me quickly and efficiently and my experience has been hassle-free.

Very helpful and friendly staff who are very informative and professional with any questions. It's sometimes hard to book an appointment due to it being a smaller branch.
