Arvida Village at the Park

General Info

Village at the Park retirement living offers independent villa accommodation, serviced apartments, long stay hospital level care and there is also a specialised dementia unit. Each villa and apartment is equipped with an emergency call system, standard chatels (carpet, drapes, heating), landscaped gardens and footpaths, individual letterboxes, automatic garage door openers and a security system for the village. There is a Community Co-ordinator employed to provide support and services to those living in the villas. This includes social events and regular outings. There is a registered nurse on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They are able to visit if a resident becomes unwell, or in an emergency situation. We have a community centre with pool table, indoor bowls, piano, large screen television and kitchen facilities, with further developments currently in progress (Library, Pool). Transport is provided to the local shops and library. Meals from our own kitchen are available at a subsidised cost and a hairdresser, podiatrist and physiotherapist are available on site on a regular basis (at own cost).
