Alexander Pharmacy

This is my go to pharmacy, when I visit the doctor, as they're in the same building as City GP's. The pharmacist's and staff there are so nice and helpful, and really professional. Once, when I was very unwell and feeling sick tackling a virus at the time, they were so nice making sure I sat down and giving me water, and so lovely and sympathetic. They go above and beyond. They deal with queries so well, whatever they are, and are friendly and understanding. Very clean, organised and immaculately kept pharmacy and store. Very quick service, and a nice place to visit.

As a regular customer of pharmacies, whilst also being very strong on quality customer service, I can gladly say that the whole team at Alexander Pharmacy in Willis Street is a really fine example of how things should be!

Not only is the welcome immediate and friendly but each staff member is knowledgable, considerate, polite, charming and so very helpful. Not only that, but the speed of service is superb.

Of course, they also have a great range of other gift ideas too.

I feel most fortunate in using this pharmacy and would recommend it to anyone who is fed up with poor service, so often offered up by the chain pharmacies.
