Nathan is a great listener and problem solver and made the whole process of our re-roof a straightforward one. Any questions on our part, were met with solutions, and he went out of his way to discuss any concerns about re-roofing during the wet winter, while my wife was in hospital, so that we were well-informed (and reassured) in our decision-making. These guys are absolutely outstanding. Their service is second to none! Rachel was excellent to speak with and so very empathetic to our leaking roof even though her child had been sick in hospital she made the effort to console me on the leak! Nathan was brilliant, rang to say he was coming then swiftly found the cause of the leak before fixing immediately with the exact result we were hoping for - no more leak!! What a great team Rachel and Nathan are. They have excellent communication skills and are masterful at expectation setting. Their invoice an absolute pleasure to pay!
