The Warehouse Ltd

Very busy but was still able to have staff point us in the right direction. The store didn't have everything we were looking for (it's tricky when some items are grouped on the app so you can only find out if a branch has them in general but not specific models) but we did get some good sale deals.

Best bargain store. I was looking for car cleaning products and as compared to other store, price was really good.

The store is fine. Unfortunately the Help Desk was not. Every time I needed help at the Help Desk, I need to wait for at least 15 mins. There's always a queue but always only one person there. Why can't they get more employees in there? One time while 5 of us were queuing up, there were 4 employees at the entrance (underneath the tv) chatting away. It really makes my blood boil, when one employee is working hard to help customers and others are just standing around.

This store doesn't carry as much stock as other Warehouses. Will only go out of necessity

I really like this Warehouse they have a great variety of items and the service is great
