I bought a necklace for my child's birthday from this store with the intention of having a message engraved on the back. Unfortunately the jeweller did a terrible job at the engraving, not spaced out correctly etc so the 'love Mum and Dad is jammed in at the bottom and 'dad' is quite hard to read

Poor customer service. Was rather rude to my mum who didn’t get his English accent. Definitely not coming back.
