      We used our local Warkworth builder T.H. Construction for our front porch, main deck and covered pergola and I can’t speak highly enough of them. Tim and his team are professional, meticulous, fast, flexible with any changes we wanted to make, and good at communicating. Never a grumpy face in site, despite having to work in mud and rain and around other teams. Great teams
