I called but the line was busy so I emailed them, asking for a price for a particular spa. I was really impressed they returned my email within half an hour, with a price - no other info was offered such as delivery cost, a brochure of it etc. I also haven't received a follow up email since then checking if I want the product or if I need assistance.

Excellent service! Very happy with their advice and recommendations. As someone mentioned earlier, they included a great warranty period too.
