I wasn't happy about the feel of my car, so I called into Beaurepaires. I thought I was in for something major, but it turned out that I just needed a wheel alignment. While I was walking around the shopping centre, the man sorted this out and gave my car a free 4-point safety check as well. Great service. Happy to recommend.

Got what I thought was a puncture in my tyre on friday on our trip up north, which turned out to be a nail going into the tyre. Rather than repairing it, I had to replace it completely. Luckily for us, we were just on the outskirts of warkworth and didnt have to drive far to get help. Stopped in to warkworth in panic mode, and the gentlemen there were so lovely and managed to eliminate my stress. They replaced my tyre within 20 minutes and I was on my way again. Great staff!

Very good prices in tyres. We have experienced good customer service that is frieldly and relliable. The wait is not very long and they even offer you a coffee voucher to take to the coffee shop down the Road while you wait for your tyres to be fitted. Well beyond the call of duty!
