      Best value is the the ramen and udon which Ripper finds hearty and satisfying after a long day on the slopes. Ripper is not alone in liking this place - so booking is recommended. The food is prepared from scratch, so not the place of you are in a rush. Take your time and have a chat with your host. Bruno is a strange Japanese name...
