Amazing place for massage in Wanaka and all the beauty treatments.

First of all the number listed on their website is no longer connected. After reaching a woman named Vanessa (which I have just reaised is the name of the person who gave the excellent review below....coincidence??) via cellphone number (also listed on their website) I explained that I was new to the area, looking for further information on treatments and had some questions. The woman who had a heavy accent repeatedly told me that she could not understand what I wanted and did I want to make a booking. She then said she would ring me back as this was a 'bad line' at which point she rang me back on a landline (not listed on their website). Halfway through our conversation she said she would have to ring me back because she 'had a client'. A few suggestions 1) list the correct landline number on your website 2) have a dedicated receptionist (who doesn't have clients) and can provide useful information without being interrupted. Easy decision made here.
