General Info

Canine Retreat is a boutique family run boarding kennel exclusively for small dogs. We are based just outside the beautiful village of Wakefield (south bound) with its vast array of cafes, village store and numerous excellent local amenities. We are able to accommodate families of dogs as well as single members and our family philosophy is to provide opportunities for plenty of exercise and cuddles for our canine guests to enjoy. Your dog will have 8 hours (and more in summer) of play time, time to socialise, chill-out and snuggle up with other dogs and humans. We welcome dogs of all ages and will happily take care of guests with medical issues or physical difficulties. For more information please email us or call direct.
