Ordered off their website, still havent received the goods after a month. tried phoning multiple times with no reply, tried emailing with no reply, registered a disupte through their website, after 2 weeks got a reply saying waiting for 1 item, still havent recieved any goods after a month of NO COMMUNICATION. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY

Bought from this company off Trademe, couldn't produce the goods and after 1 week we emailed to find out where our product was, to find out none in stick offered a trade up in which we accepted, yet product still not received after three days, emailed for a refund no communication, emailed a few days later asking if product hadn't been couriered if we could have a refund, still no response. Seeked assistance via Trademe received refund then the arsehole gave us negative feedback for his terrible communication. Yescwe gave him negative feedback but what give positive feedback for lack of communication. Yeah right!!
