Mike's Reflex Foot Massage

Mike's reflex foot massage was really good, Mike used a level of intensity (deep tissue) that worked for me. Not only did my feet feel great afterwards, my general well being, clarity and motivation greatly improved over the following days too. Looking forward to the next one!

An amazing experience.

As full disclosure ...I have known Mike for many years. I consider him a close friend. In my opinion Mike has an untapped ability to empathize with those he is massaging which allows him to seek the most relevant areas to focus the massage on - delivering the best results.

I have gout in most of my major joints and severe rotator cuff issues in my left shoulder. Surgery has been identified as the only way forward for the shoulder by the medical profession but at my age surgery is a risk I am unwilling to take up.

Mikes massages have enable me to sleep as the shoulder is difficult to settle at nights. I have experienced some strong detox as a result of the massages and have found my shoulder improving on a day to day basis. The detox has been strong but lasts basically overnight.

Mike taliors the massage to each individuals foot sensitivity.
