These guys are awesome (NOT!!!)... just make sure you DON"T want them on time, 2 hours late. Absolute attitude when they got here saying they had wasted "their time by waiting at the wrong house". We emailed them confirming they would be able to do a three level house and they advised it would be ok (the same as the last time)... well $30 later tells me otherwise. We had been trying to get a hold of a time available for two - three weeks, after so many promises to call us back without any luck. I asked Ravi on the phone for a solution for all the hassle, and he told me he could do the stairs for free, after about 20 mins of debating with the guy who came to clean the house we were advised they would not be free. I could understand if there was a misunderstanding between the two parties...but the attitude and the smirking was just the worst part of it all.
