Brillant food and service. It is always good. Fresh oil gives tge best for the chips. Burgers are great too.

Simple but tasty. Food was very good and plentiful. My wife and I shared a single order and it was enough for both of us.

We are in Pauanui this weekend to relax for my 59th birthday. We stopped by Pauanui Takeaways without any particular expectations and were treated to the best fish fish and chips of my entire life: super succulent snapper and crisp golden chips. We topped off the meal with their ice creams of the most amazing flavours. Smiling service and bench seats with umbrella for us yo eat at outside. ALL RECOMMENDED WITHOUT HESITATION - well done guys and thankyou!

Absolutely improved since new owners took over. Note their Chips scoop is old school generous - 2 scoops can feed 6-8 adults. Highly recommended and now as good as if not better then Tairua Takeaways
