Clean and tidy good portion sizes friendly staff the chips are well cooked and crisp and salted nicely the fish is fresh with good beer batter and the potato fritters are a large size and the battered sausages are a good size and we'll cooked

Says its.under new management, havent been here before the ownership changed but current food is really good. Nice, well cooked crispy chips and great sized fish!! Good price and portion size too, best fish and chips around riccarton/upper riccarton area as far as i know :) will definitely be a regular!

It was a solidly average fish and chip store. Corn patties and fish were very nice and tasted fresh and hot but the chips were a bit of a letdown as they were soggy even though we opened them straight away, for those prices you’d expect better. However a nice shop with a wide variety in the menu and friendly service, still recommend

Very disappointed have been regulars for about 6 years. Rang and ordered and informed it would take 25 minutes . With 15 minutes still pick up time needed to add and change order. The respond I received was unbelievable . Shouting at me telling me I could change my order but still had to pay for everything I had ordered. Then informed that they wouldn't do my extended order unless I paid for previous order . Try to explain had made a mistake in order but just got shouted and told that I had to pay for fill order and tried to explain that I was sorry and that I was a customer . Informed that my order was cancelled. In shock . Explained I was a customer not interested and again shouted at me . Disappointed at service in general not first time with issues. Several times wrong order and they diidnt care. . Know it's busy time of year but still need to respect people
