Waiheke Bike Hire Limited

Bikes were expensive to hire, very uncomfortable to ride and poorly sized up. We were in a group of 3 and only given 1 bike chain for the 3 bikes so we struggled finding places to park bikes securely. Then when someone had to return the bike early they had to wait over 30 minutes for someone else to return their bike as the shed was unmanned and we didn't have another chain. No advise was given on how to ride the bike for people who aren't regular riders. Helmet strap was also broken

Great bike hire shop, bikes were very well maintained and the staff provided great local knowledge to us on places to see and things to do by bike.

Great bike hire! Made for an excellent day out on beautiful Waiheke Island, great way to get around!
