Took weeks to identify a problem with my vehicle (despite being asked to urgently look at it), ended up breaking a part in the engine, damaging the door and scratching the paint. When we had the vehicle towed to a different mechanic (who fixed the problem immediately) due to the run around we were being given they refused to pay for the damages they caused as well as threaten us with legal action because they felt they were being "bullied". This business appears to have gone down hill in the last few years as they used to be great and we are now out of pocket as a result. Speaking to other people we aren't the only ones who have had problems. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

UHAD offer a top quality service. We have used them on our fleet of 11 vehicles for our business, and most of our staff use them for their personal vehicles. They are polite, prompt, professional and cost effective. They have assisted us with emergency repairs and do all of our regular servicing and WOF checks. We have a wide range of vehicles that they look after and have never been disappointed. They offer good advice and reminders for WOF and servicing appointments. Thoroughly recommend them!

Very thorough and great customer service, nothing too much trouble even went straight out to try and source a new oil filter for my car while I waited.
