I have had a few experiences with workshops here in Upper Hutt, and I must say that the experience that I had with Auto Tune Services was by far the best. Jason and his team were great, they provided me with a complete quote for my car repairs which was great as I knew exactly what I was up for and was able to budget for it (very handy as a single mum). I was also provided with a courtesy car at no charge for the two days that I was without my vehicle, which was a bonus :-)
I recommend this workshop for all your automotive needs, and will be back there again in 6 months for another vehicle service. You guys ROCK!!

I won't be using this business again. After having my car serviced by this company some work was identified that needed doing. They gave me a quote and when asked if they had the parts required said yes. During a subsequent conversation they said they would have to get parts in, however didn't say that I would be charged for the freight, which I was. The description of the work required was very basic and the person to discuss this with was difficult to get a hold of. Clearer communications with customers would have helped.
