Total Upholstery Limited

My dealings with the Director of this company has been very poor. I was declined a free quote and any service and given a referral to another local upholstery. I was told by the Director himself that he had better clients offering him jobs for thousands a lot more than I would probably offer. Whatever happened to common courtesy and some simple service. I rate this business on zero. If this is the sort of attitude from the Director of this company to future prospective clients then this Upholstery business will soon deplete in clients as they take to setting up their own workshops from home to do their own upholstery at the fraction of what Total Upholstery Limited would do it for. I would very much appreciate if Total Upholstery Limited make an effort in the near future to give me a free quote or service as promised in their company advertisement in YELLOW.

I have had a totally different experience with this Company, I had a very small upholstery job to do and the Director of this company was more than happy to assist . I found the service good and the quality of his work excellent
