      Have just recently moved to Upper Hutt and decided to get my hair cut at Promises Hair Design as it is close to where I live and easy to find. I was extremely happy with the service I received. It was reasonably priced as well. Am definitely planning a return visit.

      Terrible customer service, dealt with a rude and obtuse woman who told me if I wanted a certain colour for my hair I should probably go elsewhere and not waste her time?? she refused to look at photos I took in. Not competitve prices in anyway, found another local hairdresser who could do the same service for half the price. If you want value for money, respectful customer service take you money and time elsewhere.
