Charmaines On Royal

This definitely has to be the best salon in Upper Hutt! They have always done an amazing job with my hair and provided me with the best service anyone could ever ask for. I used their online booking system the last time and it worked really well, it meant that I could make a booking for an appointment on the day before they even opened (it was around 6am from memory) they always take their time to make you feel special and ensure you get exactly what you want. I always find being offered a drink and given an after dinner mint a lovely touch. They are somewhat on the pricy side but you defiantly get what you pay for.
-0.5 stars because their is always room for improvement, though they are pretty close to perfection.

Helpful hint: they have a wide range of products and services, they even do men's cuts and beard trims etc

Rang on the day that I wanted an appointment and was able to be accommodated. Service was professional and efficient. Salon was clean and modern and products used were of a high standard. Very pleased with the result and the price was reasonable. Would return. My only quibble would be that as I was the last appointment of the day I got the sense that everyone was rushing to leave.

Nice and welcoming, leave feeling amazing. Best beauty salon, very friendly staff.
