Fantastic service and they do an amazing job looking after my cat. Have no issues leaving my cat here

Booked cat in months in advance, spoke to them the day before, went to drop the cat off and no one was around they also did not answer their phones. Had to call other catteries around the Waikato who would take my cat in as an emergency as we were due to fly out of the country later that day. Don’t know what happened as they didnt bother getting back. Very unreliable. Would NEVER recommend them.
