The Tuakau Hotel has been fully refurnbished and is a magnificent effort on the owners of the hotel.
The restaurant has a varied menu, breakfast, lunch and dinners. A collection of old photographs of the surrounding street and area make for a interesting time while waiting for your meal to be served.
The staff are friendly and efficient.
