Stihl Shop Timaru

There were terrible to deal with. We bought a brush cutter and they didn't give us all the parts needed to change the head. I rang up and they were going to send it out but never did. We then bought a blade and they again didn't give us the bolt required to attach. I drove in 40 minutes to get it as online it was advertised as open. On arriving at the shop it also said it should be open so I waited around. No one came in... what a massive waste of half a day... and 1 1/2 hours of driving and petrol!!
We went in the following week and got the part and gave them some feedback... turns out the guy in charge had forgotten he was on. He was going to ring me to compensate. Still haven't heard from them. Will not be going back and DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Best place in timaru for all your outdoor applicances and machinery. Large store. Good rang of stock and helpful staff. Excellent.

This is a big store. They have a good selection of saws from your little home jobs to forestry chainsaws. High quality products. Great customer service.

I got a fantastic deal on a chainsaw from here. The staff are really helpful. Good parking.
