Shockingly rude owner and his long suffering partner who tires admirably to be understanding. Do not use this funeral business. I am agahst at the rudeness, lack of comapssion and blatant disrespect that was shown to out family. Shame on him in such a hard and awful time for us all. I have only given half a star rating as the programme here won't accpt a zero rating.

Three years ago my sons and I were sitting in the front row of your chapel; there we said farewell their father, today I was in the aisle saying farewell to a very dear friend of my dad. Whom my family had known for fifty years. I started reflecting back to my husbands funeral, his favourite songs were being played, as well vids. I felt peace within. I was able to walk away and let him finish his journey to the crematorium. Marae protocol is very strict. This is why we chose your services. The staff were absolutely fabulous, helpful, and totally caring. So Adrian I will definetly be requiring your services when it is my turn, so good luck with your crematorium. Wynne Kaina

Two weeks ago our beloved Bill passed away. Adrian and his team stepped up and made everything much easier for us in our time of sorrow. They have a very strong work ethic and can be contacted 24/7 with any questions or advice. I would like to thank Adrian and his staff for being so helpful and considerate, nothing was a problem.
