I used to always use this jeweller for my watches and never had any issues until about a year ago. I took my engagement ring in to get re rhodium plated for before my wedding and though I paid for this, was fairly sure it came out looking exactly the same as when I first took it in. I ended taking it to another jeweller who did this for me and the difference was noticeable. Also for the sheer fact that they never answer their phone makes it very hard to communicate with so have taken my business elsewhere.

This is the worse jeweller, the owner is aggressive and threatening looses your item gets aggressive with you, then tells you to get out of the shop and never come back. Have never been paid for item lost.

"Lost" item... unacceptable no refund or anything! Owner is snobby and rude. Find another jeweler!

Worst jeweller ever. Charged twice on card and despite bringing in evidence in form of bank statement still took a while for refund. Also damaged my watch that they were putting a battery in. Owner is not very helpful.

Don't get this person to repair any thing you value. ,really Substandard work and overcharged as some one has said before. Find another jeweller
