Sola Cafe

Loved the salad croissant and chocolate with cinnamon. Nice place with good coffee and good food.

This is the BEST cafe in the entire region. It has won many awards and continues it's high quality range of foods, cheeses, breads, and coffee. They use free range eggs. If you're in Thames it's well worth a visit. They have a stall on Saturday mornings on market day where they sell excellent cheeses and breads. Divine place.

We came across this café whilst travelling back to Auckland, this was the ideal place to stop for a break, we found a spare table in the sunshine and ordered two smoothies, the staff were friendly and the smoothies were delicious.

Called in to this shop as it was one of the only cafes open early. Have to say that we were more than impressed with the coffee. To the point we had another and have done two coffees each visit.

Love Sola! Always our first port of call and sit outside in the courtyard in the sun with some delicious thing. Cool old unmatching plates and cups, eclectic, busy.

Best and busiest cafe in Thames, for good reason.
