Sola Cafe

We came across this café whilst travelling back to Auckland, this was the ideal place to stop for a break, we found a spare table in the sunshine and ordered two smoothies, the staff were friendly and the smoothies were delicious.

Lovely cafe friendly staff. Enjoyed coffee and a yummy scone for morning tea. Sat and relaxed outside with our dog.

Stopped over in Thames on the way back to Auckland and had breakfast at this cafe. I had the blueberry crepes, it was very delicious and the best I've ever had. I also had almond milk mocha, which was made perfectly. The staff were also very lovely and welcoming. The prices are also very reasonable in my opinion.

Great GF options in this cafe. Always a bustling atmosphere.

Sola still has the best coffee in town. Nice assortment of cakes and muffins too, but you cant beat their latte's.worth to try. will be back.
